Yeah I have, I have a hip hop workout dvd. It's so much fun, because I love to dance that I do it all the time. It shows you segments of a dance routine then you piece them together to do the whole thing. I love it and now I have some compliments when I'm out because my dancing has improved! Try a dance video instead of a workout one. I lost a 14 lbs too!

Yep, I do a Pilates DVD and changed a few of my eating habits. Works well if you stick with it.

before my surgery I was doing Tae Bo Bootcamp and it really helped toned my up,now I'm doing Yoga Booty Ballet to help me maintain my weight and tone since I've had my surgery,but I can't wait to fully recover so I can do Tae Bo again.

i started stretching my legs and i broke one.and i was jumping and my bluber hit my face and went into a deep coma.
