The serpent in Genesis, the devil and Satan are the same person. So in the book of Job, he mentions Satan by name and when Christ is tempted, both the names of Devil and Satan are mentioned.
Therefore yes, the devil that is mentioned in the book of Job and the one who tempted christ is the same.

Yes, it was the same devil that destroyed Job's family, tempted Christ, AND spoke to Muhammad in the cave.
The only problem is that Muhammad was the only one that listened!

Job 1:6 ¶ Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
Job 1:7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Same angel, same message. he just never seems to tire of himself.

There's only one devil but he has 1/3 of the angels that were in heaven doing his bidding too.
