I am 135 pounds, maybe a little less pounds and 5"3 I am 14 years old and female.
I feel and look so fat, veryone around me is so skinny,
A) What do you guys think, am I fat?
B) Is it okay if I lose like 30 pounds, would that be a healthy weight for 5"3, 14, and a girl.
I would NEVER eat fast food or pizza or french fries, and greasy stuff like that. I don't really like meat a lot. I exercise 2 days a week, I try to do more, if I have the time, and I eat not that healthy, but like for lunch, maybe like salad, or baked potato, with broccoli and cheese, or a tuna wrap. I never drink soda maybe I'll drink diet soda, and I don't really eat a lot of junk food.

Your BMI is 23.9.Thats puts you in the 85 percentile,which indicates that you are at a healthy weight.The healthy weight range for your height and age is 92 pounds to 135 pounds.If you are that the 85th percentile,this means than you are heavier than 85% of the people who have the same height and age like you.

You need to lose some weight or maintain your weight.But don't gain anymore!!!

If you are 105 pounds,your BMI will be 18.6 and your percentile is 32.You are still at the normal weight range.

You can always eat something that you like,you don't have to eliminate certain kinds of food.You can eat McDonald's everyday but you can still lose weight.The most important thing is that you need to eat less calories than you burn.Actually,if you only exercise 2 times a week,that's not enough.Kids need to exercise at 5 times a week and each session needs to last at least an hour.But if you have not exercised for a long time,it's good to start slowly.Eat a lot of veggies!!!They are very low in calories and contains a lot of fibre which makes you feel full.Be patient.You need to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound.And for your case,you need to burn 105 000 calories.

Exercise more. I am 12 and do 100 curl up a night, 100 push ups and tons of other leg exercises. I am 4'11, 12 years old and weigh 95 pounds. I have an amazing body and love every inch of it and it is all because i exercise.

Your weight is completely fine, I am 13 years old, 5' 6 1/2" and I weigh 140 lb and I'm not overweight. Any way it doesn't matter if you're fat or not. It's what's on th inside that counts

you sound like u are an ok weight but i believe around a 100 pounds is the BMI so if you did lose 30 pounds it wouldnt be unhealthy and if u stayed the same that also would not be unhealthy

Don't worry I am 13 and 100 pounds and 5"6.... for my age I am over weight but I am tall..... If you are healthy now you should just except your self for who you are....

Try loosing 15 pounds and see how you feel, maybe you'll like it. But remember to eat healthy and never starve yourself.

Losing 30 pounds would be unhealthy for you. You need to listen to everyone when they say you are not fat. Just learn to be happy with who you are.

30 pound sis to much to lose. if u feel fat lose maybe 10 pounds if u want to.

yea you probably are considered fat. but dont force your body to loose more than it possibly can. just get into a sport(maybe soccer, track or boxing) and dont diet, just eat healthy. you really dont need to be skinny, just fit(and thats not always skinny). but my opinion is looking fit it more attractive than looking sick and skinny. i mean i would rather have J.Lo's body than the olsen twins.

According to my weight chart, your weight is normal for your height. If you loose 30 pounds you will qualify for anorexia and hospitalization.
