What is so wrong with a girl that street races?? I do, on top of gymnastics, lacrosse,swimming, and track. It doesn't mean I am not girly, I am just not fake like the cheerleaders. What is so wrong with a girl who street races and can beat any guy?? I have only ever lost to my best friend. Parents would you ever let your kid street race??
Why is it seen as bad??
Sorry about the whole cheerleaders thing, but all the ones I know are. Also: I am not doing this to brag.

My parents bought all four of my cars. I just had to pay to enhance them. Does it mean they approve??

You are obviously saying all of this to brag. Otherwise why bring it up. As far as I know, no one said it was wrong for a girl to street race or do any of the other things you listed. It sounds to me like you are either very insecure about it and need validation or you are trying to brag because you do it. I also find it intersting that you are worried about criticism but then turn right around and generalize cheerleaders. If you are gonna live with stereotypes about others then you should expect that people will have them about you to.

So long as your parents know and that you are aware of the dangers. You can be a mixture of both. My daughter is not a girly girly.She is 12 and plays some sport reads and attends Girl GuidesShe takes care of her apperance but not into fashion stuff like some of the more popular girlsat school.Be yourself and be happy with who you are.

Are you sure you aren't trying to brag because it sounds like you are. I mean the question is about street racing. You put what you are in.

The trouble is not with being feminine or masculine, competitive or passive, or anything else to do with your image. Street racing is illegal, seriously dangerous, and much more likely to get you killed, hospitalized, or jailed than your interest in legitimate sports.

it not bad but the street racing thing is kind of dangerous and i love sports too and people think i am not girly but i tell them i am a mixture of both.

Nothing is bad in it
If you do this for fun and enjoyment .
If you do this to show others up/brag it is not right.
I am athletic too but I am because I have the ability to be. not for \bragging or showing others up.

there is nothing bad with this, as long as you like doing it and take all the right precautions and most defiantly be careful. most importantly your parents approve.
