In my experience, they just have not been interested. They'll call you when they are interested in one thing.

Have you tried to call him? Maybe he has just been really busy. Or it could be that he isn't interested but doesn't know how to tell you without hurting your feelings. Or he could be unsure what you think of him and be too shy to ask. It could be a lot of things. You won't know what's going on in his head until you ask!

It means that "he's just not that into you".
Tell him goodbye and get back out there.
There are men who are decent, attractive, dependable guys who will call and follow through. He just isn't one of them.
Who needs that!
