epson r-380 paper profiles and ink?

if some photo god know where i can get the epson paper profilesbecause epson is give me the run around on it and if i can use Pigment Compatible paper with my dye based ink

If you aren't matching manufacturer inks and paper you'll never get the color balance straight. The reason Epson is being so vague is that for critical color reproduction the mismatch just won't work!
You'll need to generate your own profiles and unless you are comfortable with the process it is probably not worth the effort. Good luck!

You can get it at Office Max if there is one in you area.
