A copyright does not deny use, merely reproduction rights. This means anyone can use it...such as Yahoo, but only Yahoo can reproduce or change the original product and sell it. Perhaps you are thinking of putting password access on the program. That would likely be the best way to limit access to a certain program or content. Good luck!
