If cooked right (not overcooked so they're like rubber) but so that they tear like chicken, then yes, they do have a similar taste, kind of like a chicken meets fish really, but with a definite chicken consistency
Jacques Pepin on PBS has a show and there was an episode where he made frogs legs and compared them with chicken

The one time I tried a frogs was in a Vietnamese restaurant. Legs were cooked in some spicy broth and tasted like chicken that had been soaked in a scummy pond for a week.

I LOVE frog legs. And the answer to question is yes and no. It depends on how you cook them and what you coat them with or cook them in. They can taste like chicken. I know because I've eaten some that do. I prefer them cooked differently.

no but i say chicken tastes better than frog. frog legs eventhough it looks good it dosen't taste so good as chicken. chicken legs has some nutrients too. i don't think frog legs does. i say chicken legs has different taste from frog legs and it is better. it depends on how you cook. if you cook it like chicken it will!

Frogs legs flavor an more advantageous meat. i'm against how they kill frogs so i does no longer certainly purchase them. yet I tasted a tiny piece of someones basically out of interest. It did flavor effective.

I'm cajun, from Louisiana, and I can tell you that I've had my share of frog legs. No, they don't taste like chicken...not even close.

Well sort of, they have a seafood aftertaste though. They taste similar to turtle if that helps.
