Perhaps it would be better if you start out by saying you have HIV. However by your question, you are implying you already have HIV.

Yes, because children usually have cuts even tiny small ones all the time. Children also put their hands in their mouths very often, and contract many less serious diseases that way.

Children also don't have a fully developed immune system, and don't have the tons of shots they need against most diseases to boost their immune system.

For best information, ask your doctor and/or nurse in the doc's office to give you safe advice.

Can you imagine how you will feel if even one of them got infected? Please don't take chances with their young lives.

GOD bless us one and all, always.

No, you can not get hiv by kissing your grandchildren. The only way that could happen is if you kissed them inappropriately and both you and they had an open sore of the mouth.

No HIV is not passed through touch or saliva. However there is a very small percentage chance to transfer the HIV virus through saliva. In this case you would have to have a cut in your mouth or on your lip and they would have to have one as well. french kisses are neccessary and I'm pretty sure you don't french kiss your kids. LOL Dry kisses are fine.
