Most importent is to be realistic in the asking price. NO it is not worth it to put your extra stuff in storage . you just said you have 2 rooms for JUNK .If you have 2 rooms of junk ,start going through it and get rid of most of it . Take a good look at why you are keeping each piece, If it is of some sentimental value, give it to the person you would like to have it.Have family and or some one come in and help you get rid of anything you don't need for your next home.We just put good things that were of no need to my mother in law at the end of the drive way with a sign Free and any thing that wasn't gone went to the dump. You would be surprised at how fast it went, not much left for the dump. A coat of paint is a good idea if needed.clean windows let the sunshine in.Clean up any junk in the yard as well.

If you have panelling on the walls paint it a light colour. So it doesn;t look so dark in the trailer. If there is carpet any where get it professionally cleaned. If you have had dogs or cats make sure that you cleaned walls floors etc.Javex is good cleaner and then get some one to go there to test the smell.I was going to buy a trailer a long time ago and i decided not to because of the bad smell of cat & dogs and it was to dark in the trailer.Last but not least the carpets were smelling and dirty.
