i will definetly go for something cooked in the oven, like a roasted chicken or spare ribs. For dessert green grapes are known to be used on new years eve for resolutions

My husband is working new years eve (police) So, I am making hot crab dip and green beans with bacon and garlic as my contribution to the buffett.

i think this year i am making london broil, pasta, and aspargus or filet mignon topped with sauteed crab meat, baked potatoes, and asparagus....not decided yet.
