what happens when u mix natural herbs with no side effects with liquor

You would basically be extracting the oils or essence from the herbs. The ABV would make a big difference as well, if you use a low ABV you would get a kind of tea extraction, if you wanted to extract the oils you would need a higher ABV. of course time would effect as well, and stirring or shaking also

You'd be making a cocktail. Herbs are used in many drinks.

E.G.

Old Fashion, Mint Julep, Caipirinha, Mojito, Sazerac, the list goes on and one.
