I was thinking maybe vitiams??? please help.

I actually find that doing exercise gives me more energy than lazing around......plus not eating stodgy food seems to help

Never really noticed much of an effect from taking vitamins to be honest - agree with first answerer - a good nights sleep also helps

get 8ish hours of sleep every night. make sure you're eating well. not too much sugar, because it'll give you a hit of energy, but you'll crash fast. short term - caffeine will help, but it's not a good long term plan to increase your energy levels.
