It all depends what you want to meet them for!!
If it is sex then Soho, for anything elso exactly the same places as you would a western woman. London is so cosmopolitan you would be hard pushed to go anywhere and not meet any nationality you wanted
There is also the area known as China Town, full of restaurants and bars - you are sure to find plenty of oriental woman there as the majority of the proprietors and staff originate in the east - or have eastern ancestry
