Most of us have been there. We have lived to tell about it.

I know that doesn't make it any easier. Believe me, I feel your pain. To tell you it gets better doesn't do you much good right now, I know.

But you are so beautiful! If he doesn't see it, he doesn't deserve you.

There are so many men out there who would love to be with you. One of them will find you. Trust me.

Until then, just try to keep busy. Put yourself into your activities, whether it be work or school or your favorite hobby.

Find a charity and donate some time. It will make you feel better to help others in need.

You will find a lot of love on this page. We care!

Exercise. And more exercise. And more. Really. It'll get the endorphins going in your brain (those "feel-good" chemicals), make you feel better about yourself, and you'll be getting a hot body at the same time.

Train for a marathon or 50-mile run. Who knows? You might actually meet someone nice while you're doing it. Get moving!

Do not dwell on what happened & do not eat! Everyone gets heartbroken but the first time is the worst. As time goes on you look at it as silly...and move on. There will probably be more breakups in your future. You just have to be mature and move on......you will have more relationships....breaking up is just part of dating.....

Talk to people who will lift you up, don't try to hide the burden, remember a problem shared is already half-solved.
