I want to tell someone, "I can't stop thinking about you. I think I love you Nikki."

Literal translation (without any change....) is :
"Non posso smettere di pensarti. Credo di amarti Nikki"
For Italians who have answered before:
il verbo "to think" si traduce anche con "credere" (oltre che con "pensare") e visto il contesto, la parola "credo" anzichè "penso", è senz'altro più appropriata.
that means:
the verb "to think" can be also translated with "credere" (besides with "pensare") and in consideration of the context, the word "credo" instead of "penso" it's for sure more fitting.
