Cold should only lasts 7 days the most. Of course there are exceptions. However, I would go and see your doctor why it's lasting longer than 7 days. You could either have allergy or something serious to do with your immune system.

I've had one for two and a half weeks and am finally over it. ocassional flem or headache but I think it's gone. The worst part is, I got bit by a tick camping three weeks ago and Lyme disease symptoms just say flu-like symptoms, scary.

Got sick last Wednesday and am still fighting it. Started out in the sinus' and then moved into the chest--not a good sight.

I had sore throt , coughing, stuffy/runny nose.
I got it last week, (still getting over it)
Everyone in my family cought it. And now my hubby did just today. So i'll probably end up getting it again..

many people. i am a nurse and a mother. my family and my patients have had it for long periods of time. drink plenty of fluids and get some rest.
