Sounds like depression- it will cause you to lose interest in everything- including yourself. There are many different anti-depressants that a doctor can prescribe. Just remember that you could try some and not neccesarily stay on them forever. Has this just recently became a problem? Many people suffer from this during the winter and holiday months. See a doctor asap and get back on the right track- you deserve to feel good!

I went through something similar to that about 2 years ago. I had to go through a lot of changes in my life, and the stress/trauma left me feeling empty and emotionless. Nothing could make me laugh, cry, care, or have fun. I didn't do anything about it and eventually the emptiness dissolved and my emotions came back. Sometimes we just need to shut down like that and take a time out. If you feel like it, and ONLY IF you feel like it, go somewhere new and meet some new, different people to shake up your routine. If you are ready to do that, it could be a really positive thing. All the best to you!

Without more background, it's hard to be helpful. There is possibly something eating at you inside that you're trying to ignore and the more you ignore it, the more it will eat away at you. Figure out what it is and start dealing with it in any positive direction.
If it tends to happen in the winter, it may be seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and putting daylight bulbs or special lighting in your house can help.
Maybe you're bored. Find something new to try. Maybe join a yahoo group for a band or hobby you like and meet new people. Conversations with those similar to you can be real spirit savers.
Remember, "this too shall pass" and seasons change, including a soul's personal seasons.

one way you can start to get over this is as soon as you get out of bed in the mooring is look at your self in the Mira and say to yourself hay I'm somebody then go clean yourself up and go out for a walk and take a look around you at the flowers and wild life then you will realise that you are a wounder-full person and life is very perishers to you.this will not get you out of that state strait away but as long as you do it everyday you will notice-the difference as it help me to>

Go to the doctor, it is called personality change (i know, it doesn't sound medical, but thats what its called) its usually neurological, and can be caused by certain types of STDs (strange, huh?). So go to the doctor, and tell them how your feeling, they will help.
