Depends how old he is. If he is a child, he is probably do whatever he can to get your attention. So ask him what he wants to do and let him know you'll be doing something for yourself after. Let him know when your togetherness will end.
If he is an adult sit him down and tell him that although he is your brother and you love him, it doesn't mean that your personalities match as friends and that he is not someone you would want to be around given his recent behavior.
If neither of these work, walk away before getting angry and find something to do so your not near him. The message will hopefully sink in after a while.

Next time when you have other girls with you at your house, you and the girls should do something to him. First you should have one girl take his hands and another girl take his ankles and then have the two girls lift him and carry him to the bathroom and put him in the tub with his clothes on and then have one girl turn the water on and all of you stay in there until you feel it is time to turn the water off. Then the same two girls lift him out of the tub and then lay him down on the floor. When he is laying down on floor have two girls hold him down while the other girls get some girls clothes and makeup to give him a makeover. Once you have the supplies you need, have two girls undress him and put the girls clothes on him. Then once he is in girls clothes and makeup hold him down and have all the girls do something to his hair and then pick him up and tie him to a chir and have the girls make a circle around him. When you are in the circle first take pictures of him dressed like a girl and then the girls can start making fun of him for a couple of hours. After this, he will probably stop annoying you because he will probably not want to be humiliated by girls again.

I have a little brother, annoying as can be. I just go and do something else, ignore him. Go into your room, and if he comes in, tell one of your parents. Say he's invading your personal space, your room shouldn't be entered without permission! What I do is just go somewhere else and just ignore him. He's just doing it to annoy you. He knows your getting annoyed by it! So just ignore him, and he'll know that it's not bugging you, so he'll go do something else, more entertaining to him!

Ignore them as much as you can! It may be tempting to slap him or something like that. He just wants your attention. I have a brother and he does the same thing. Be really nice to him. It may be hard cause he acts sooo annoying!~ Trust me I know! Don't give him what he wants because he wants attention!!!!

completely ignore him. Act like whatever he does to annoy you really doesnt bother you at all, even if it does. After a while, he will get bored trying and leave you alone.

He just wants time with you...he is not trying to annoy you on purpose...dedicate some time completely to him, and he will go away after that.

He is ANNOYING becase you give him attention. Quit giving him attention (IGNORE HIM) and he'll stop being annoying.
