Un-install IE7 - quickly!

Hope you had a good back-up done recently.
There are far too many bugs still waiting to be worked out of this new release. My tech guys at work have threatened to break my fingers if I download it at work.

So many people comment that after downloading IE 7 the PC has become slow. You may consder to revert back to IE6. Working with a slow computer can be time consuming as programs/ applications take a long time to start. This problem is more pronounced in computers which have been used for 6 or more months. Well, the solution is simple......get rid of IE 7! Windows is always making updates, and the problem is...they always suck at first. Microsoft loves to take mediocre problems and make them 'better' (worse). So remove the thing, for your computer's sake. Also, dowloading is not a very safe way to upgrade a program. Try to shoot for a disk!

I am not sure this will help but it won't hurt.

After such a major upgrade I would do a Disk Cleanup and Disk Defrag. You can find both of them by following the path below.

Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>Disk Cleanup.

Follow the same path and do a Disk Defrag.
