well i dont own a windows xp cd,my cousin who owns a cafe installed it on this pc.coz i tried installing windows media player 11 but youll never gonna be able to use it until you have your copy authenticated..so i wanna know if internet explorer 7 will work on a non-genuine copy or not coz if not then i wont install it. saves me the trouble of restoring my pc..

u cannot intall it online as it need authentication...if u got the setup of ie7 carry on itwill wrk but dont visit microsoft sites with a pirated version of windows

Historically, it has worked on illegal copies of XP. However, you may develop issues with updates that require Windows Authentication.

No, it will run authentication to be sure you have a legal copy of Windows. It just won't install.

2 things to say windows media 11 and IE 7 suck
they both sux

and WM10 is way better

and for the browser try our firefox @ getfirefox.com

its free, faster, safer, and better

No. you could touch microsoft and cope with the product code (it will fee you approximately $a hundred and fifty). i could flow with firefox anywho. little or no hastle, plugins are super, swifter that IE, and its unfastened.

yeah but make sure you download it for some other company, for example, if you have mac you dawnload it on mac
