I used them to decorate my Three Kings Bread, but have quite a bit left. What else can I do with them? How long do they keep?

Put in an air tight container and store in the freezer. Thay won't get mushy because the water has been replaced with sugar. Pull them out when you find a recipe you want to try. If stored in a good, tight container they'll probably keep till next Christmas!
