it is up to you but really you don't really know what that girl may have first of all she is drunk second what if she has and STD or something chances are if she does have one she wont tell you.
words of advice from a women you are better off getting to know someone that isn't drinking at the place where you are a bouncer way better for you.
pluse what if she gets clingy and stuff and wont leave you alone then what she may decided ooo long term relationship or worse yet and there are girls out there are like this SHE WILL SLEEP WITH YOU AND LIKE 4 OTHERS same week get pregnet AND PIN IT ON YOU so i would really think twice about it

As long as she's consenting (hint, she should probably be sober enough to realize what she's been asked, or that she's being hit on) and the bouncer is interested, I don't see an issue.
Family and friends have a busy schedule to keep with their lives and concerns, allow yourself to be busy with yours. Try to avoid adding to their busy concerns and be sure they do the same for you. :-)
If she wants it, and the bouncer wants it, go for it. Just play it safe.

kind of unprofessional. don't you think? but, it really depends on a whole bunch of other factors. Like is this a job you want to keep. if you just stickin it to drunk girls that come through one night. They'll be back and cause a whole bunch of drama. it could cost you your job. Females are crazy like that.

No. Even if she does consent, which it sounds like isn't really happening, it is still illegal. If someone is under the influence of alcohol they cannot legally consent to sex. If she decides later that she didn't want to she can have you arrested for rape even though she said yes.

it's kinda cheap and mean sleeping with them and taking advantage of them being drunk and not fully aware of what they are doing, not to mention you didn't mention protection
