It's very normal to have rapid heart beat and heavier breathing when you're nervous. Try to calm yourself if you can.

This is a reaction from your sympathetic nervous system. The nerves of this system control your 'fight or flight' mechanism. This means increase heart rate, clammy skin, increase breathing, and a bunch of other stuff.

You suffer from anxiety attacks. You should keep track of when and where it happens and see if it's genetic in you're family. Also, seek help from a therapist or doctor. You can get treatment from medications or from therapy.Good luck and best wishes.

It is normal and it is called the fight/flight reaction.

You body reacts to stress by pumping adrenaline through your system. It's a reaction to prepare you to "fight" or "flight" (run) from possible danger.
