Only the narrowest mock evolution. Evolution is not incompatable with religion. So you can't expect much from them in the way of logic or reasoning.
Same with people that mock religion and get offended when evolution is mocked.
Same as when Atheist mock Christians and get offended when they are mocked.
Or Christians mock Atheist and get offended when they are mocked.
Or Muslims mock............
Get the picture. There are too many narrow people, who are weak in their beliefs and understanding so they live in fear and need to put down what they aren't and can't look at what they are from a different viewpoint. They are across all social and religious lines on all topics.

A little bit of fear and a little bit of close-mindedness. People who tend to scoff at or mock evolution tend to be the bible literalists: those who believe God made the world in seven twenty-four hour days. Those literalists are going to be the least open-minded and therefore they are going to be the ones to be most offended when anyone suggests what they understand in their interpretation might not be the only way.
Wouldn't it be nice if there could be an open dialog without having to 'mock' either position?

Not every one does,I don't like it when people mock my religion but I am not the judge so I try really hard not to say any thing hateful or mean.
I don't mock evolution I just don't believe in it.
We all have a choice.

People mock evoulution because they just can't accept that we evolved from apes. I neither agree or disagree with this. People get offended by other people mocking their religion because it's their religion and no one should critizize it. If everyone went along and minded their own religion (if they have one) the world would be a better place and less fellings would be hurt.

We don't get offended when ppl mock our religion..........we just feel bad for them. What I think is funny is how millions of ppl just celebrated Christmas all over the world, even though it is a religeous holiday.
For all those ppl who believe in evolution and not God........did you enjoy your paid holiday off from work and celebrating Jesus' birth? Hypocrits!!
