I had my ears pierced yesterday and both of them are swollen. How long does it take to go down?

Shouldnt take to long, you might like to try some ice, wrap it though. Keep your piercings clean and chill the bottle of ear wash they give you in the fridge to aid in pain relief.

it takes about 6 weeks the most for the pain n swelling to go down. keep using the antiseptic /disinfectant liquid they must have provided you to clear the piercings out.
dnt take tablets to reduce the pain thats all phsycologicall n pointless. chill out ull b ok.

About 2 weeks. And, believe me, it's worth it.
BTW.. they aren't infected... the swelling happens to everyone. It's a needle through flesh... it's not like puppy's kisses.

swelling should go down by next week. make sure you earring are fitted on yoru ear loosely and are not to tight ont he ear!

Yikes !! get to the doctor...they are infected and you might need med's to fight the infection. You are supposed to clean around that arear for at least 1 month with an ear cleaning solution...You have to get to the docs if they are really swollen badly..Trust me.
