Body kit- (there is only 1 or 2 made for the Taurus- $800
Rims- $1400 + tires ($450)
Tint- $200-$250
Sound System- $350 and up
Total----- $3200+

And the resale value wont go up much if any. My suggestion is to take the $3200 and put a down payment on another car, or you can get a V8 SHO for not much more.

Its all about your presonal preference...but a kit will run you about
$800...I can probably source you one for around 600...depending on the style you want.
The rims..well...its what name you want to have on the car. Brand name rims package could run you around 1500. Repleca makes will be about 40% less.
Tint...varies on location...here a tint job is 99 for 2door and 175 for a four door.
Sound systems are kinda the hard ones...most of the time sound systems includes headunit, upgraded speakers, amp, and subs, and not to mention all the wires to complete it.
Sound systems will depend on how much sound you want.
Concert, full range, bass, etc.

But, putting all that together, its not going to be cheap.
But it just depends on how much you like the car and how different you want to be.
