you can only distill ,beer or wine
some thing that has been brewed (fermented)
and you exstract the neat alcohol by distilling it.
if you want strong dope ,just make hash oil
by soaking grass in alcohol and them letting it evaporate ,
or cook it in Milk or butter
to make coffee or cookies
this will keep you going all night on one glass of coffee or a few cookies.
bong water is horrible and does not have anything in it smoke does not disolve in water neither does the grass make tea if you boil it.

Any water can be distilled, but purified? That's another thing altogether. You can make it drinkable by distilling it, but I wouldn't do it. Distilling it is not safe, if what you're trying to do is keep it germ and or toxin free.
