You're right...step-sibling for sure 'cause it isn't incest in it's purest form. One of the reason sleeping with blood relatives isn't legal is that it produces inbreeding and idiots.

If a gun was against my head I would want it to be a step sibling and not a cousin. Even though family is family regardless to how it is put together, a cousin is blood. Step is a stranger.
