Maybe you should not say boy friend yet. Ask if your friend can come over and you two can study or watch tv. Do you need to work on a project? Mention that he is a boy and you know that you are supose to stay in the living room. After he comes over a time or two then mention the boy friend thing as if it is just happening.

You will ask your Dad this way: "Dad... I have a friend in school... And I hope you don't mind that he'll drop by... I hope it's okay with you..."
And do your bestest that your Dad will not notice that there's something going on with you and your "friend".
And also, it would be much better if your bf will also bring something for the family since it's holidays. Say like a cake...?

p.s.
If you tell your Dad that he's your bf, he will not say yes. Believe me. Or tell him whatever is comfortable to you. Then email me what happens. ^_^ Good luck!

Just tell him that you want your friend to come over and watch a movie or play video games. Tell him it is a guy, then don't break that father/daughter trust. Don't go kissing in the house and don't let him in your room. Nothing that would make your dad want to kick him out for good!

You got to tell your dad that you have a boyfriend young lady. The fact might shock him at first. But later on depending on how responsible and dependable you are in handling the relationship with your bf, dad will surely understand and will be very proud of you.

Good luck.

Lie to him. Tell him that your boyfriend is really just a friend. Or you could just ask your dad that you want to invite a few friends over. Have two or three friends over with your boyfriend so your dad thinks your boyfriend is going out with someone else or is just a friend. Just dont tell your dad hes your b/f.

Don't tell him he's yur boyfriend because that's just asking for a NO!!! Try telling him that you want your best guy friend tocome over just to visit. Of course they'l be really careful about closing doors and giving you total privacy.

You have to provide a STRAIGHT and CLEAR reason of why he is coming over. If it is a one night stand, you might not wanna do it. You are risking your whole life at one night stands. If it is something else, clearly address the situation and let him respond. Also to not whine, or blame him later.

Well it would probably go something like this..."Dad can my boyfriend come over?" If you're up front about it he'll probably say yes. Now he might lay down some rules about him being over but he'll probably say yes.
