Is It Possible to Make a Permanent Hair Dye a Demi-Permanent?

Yeah, instead of mixing the color with the developer, mix it with water.

There are dyes in the market who are demi permanent and others who are permanent.It depends on the dye you buy though

Um apperntly there isent.....if u go to the hair dressers and get your hair died
then the colour will fade after 1 week.
