It depends by what you mean. A virus could infect a computer database that changes certain details and leads to the death of a human. For example, if a hospital database got a virus that switched peoples information round so all the details where wrong, then the wrong medication was given it could be possible that patients would be allergic to certain chemicals and die. Or if a radio control tower had wrong information on flight paths that led to an air disaster that too would kill humans. But if your thinking of straight from PC to human via direct contact, then no. However a virus could cause the screen to flash rapidly to cause an epileptic fit to some people which could lead to death.
But the future holds a lot of dark and horrible ideas yet to be discovered.

No. a working laptop or computer virus is in basic terms traces of malicious code. It won't be able to harm someone - biologically. it may harm your psychologically, considering you grow to be somewhat pissed off which you have caught an outbreak on your computing device. you will be the two getting the flu or allergies.

It depends on whether or not you get angry or stressed out enough using an infected computer to (chemically imbalance and) lower your immune system whereby you wind up getting a biological virus that you (r body) would've normally been able to fight off.
