ahh
whats happened to me is women smile and flash their eyes. however they are outgoing confident women who arent always the most loyal. the shy women wont make eye contact so even if they like you you wont know as a man like me you are humped either way !

Some will. Others who are little less aggressive will catch your eye, smile, play with their hair or just walk passed you trying to get your attention.
If you think a girl is trying to get your attention, she probably is. You'll make her a lot more comfortable at this point by walking up and introducing yourself. If you aren't that bold, you can simply flirt back, send her a drink, or initiate a conversation by asking if you know her from somewhere. If you get a cold "no", then break off the conversation. If she smiles and tries to guess where you've met before, then go for it.

I did. I ask him to dance and I got two children out of it, and 10yrs married. Then I did the same thing 6yrs later I ask him to dance in got my 3rd child out of it in a 10yr marriage. Both marriages didn't last. Now am on my(going to be) 3rd marriage,no kids from this one and this time he walk up to me. So maybe this one will last. To answer your question yes women will walk up to men, who are not shy, of course. Am not. In my book there is no time to be shy. And some women will hint with her eyes. She will keep looking at you, from time to time and maybe smile.

I will walk up to a man that I'm attracted to in a minute. The ones who I'm not attracted to walk up to me, then I have a problem.

i always did. walk right up to him and say something obvious. and then see what happens. oh, but this one time, there was a really attractive guy in a store, he was working there, so i wrote my name and number on a piece of paper and slipped it into his back pocket while he was stocking a shelf. then he turned around real quick and i smiled and said "call me sometime" then i walked away. you can bet he called me!

i say in a minute and without a doubt she says she hasn't. other hints could be a smile, stupid reasons for her to bump into you more often,or a lot of things. the best way is to ask her.
