Chess Pie
5 egg yokes
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons flour
1 tablespoon corn meal
Beat egg yokes and sugar until light. Melt butter. Mix flour and corn meal with milk and vanilla. Mix all ingredients together and pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
Almost too rich for words - but yummy. I haven't made this in years. Now I am going to have to try it again. I have never had the Tasty Bakery one, but this one is really outstanding.
