Unopened and stored properly under optimal conditions--a very long time.

Opened, not very long--a day or two when chilled and properly stoppered or corked.

If left near a heat source or stove/oven or in an overly warm room for any amount of time, opened or unopened, it will last even less time, as heat deflates the bubbles and then it will taste flat or stale. Or it could explode due to temperature variations/fluctuations.
