I have never send any mail. So can someone tell me how to send a birthday card to Guam?

Go to post office and buy stamps. Guam is a us territory, no problem.

First, buy a birthday card from your local store.

Second, write your message in the card.

Third, put the card in the envelope and close the envelope. You can lick the envelope or better yet, use a glue or a paste, it's more sanitary.

Fourth, write the name and the address of the recipient on the middle of the card and your name and address on the top left corner of the card.

Fifth, go to your local post office or if you have stamps, use them.

Sixth, place your letter in the mail box.

Easy huh?

Put a correct and legible mailing address on it. Put a correct and legible return address on it. Put one 39 cent stamp on it, unless it weighs more than 13 ounces, and put it in a mailbox or take it to your post office.
