I wholeheartedly understand. You care about them, but argue and disagree. Finally you realize the both of you are better off without each other. My best guess is it's easy to physically separate, but the feelings/emotions keep tugging you back together. Just keep active/busy and pray. Hopefully the time will pass quickly before the right one comes along.
P.S. Thanks for asking the question. I was wondering the same thing.

Hey, man. I know how that feels. Truth is, love can't be controlled. It's always hard to let go of someone, but if this person won't work out for you, she's obviously not the one for you, dude. Things'll turn out.

Because you truly love. Be happy within yourself that love grew in your heart because some people never experience true love. Be glad for the experiences that you shared with the person, but don't dwell on them.

it's hard to let go, i know...but you have to try and look for somebody else...go out on several dates! it will help, trust me...
