Ive been dating this woman for about a month and 1/2 however instead of the 4-5 dates that would normally be for me weve been out 8 or so times...
On our 1st date while talking she mentioned she always has guys automatically expecting "strings"
I have therefore made a special effort to give her extra space and not be thrown in with those guys
HOWEVER
2 weeks ago we went to a party where someone apparently asked her if we were bf.g/f she told them that she as my date (which was the case) but later that night she asked me how should she respond to that if it was asked again, i told her right no we were in the wierd dating stage kind of in between dating and bf/gf
we did exchange xmas pres. and have plans for fri and new years eve.
I was thinking of telling her a few min. before the ball drops id like my 1st kiss from her of the new year to NOT be from her as my date but to be from her as my girlfriend
do you think this is safe move or should i wait for her to bring it up again

Ha, it is mind-blowing. a functional guy buddy kisses you? And yall at the instant are not even relationship? Hmm souns supsicous to me. probably he's making an attempt to get into your pants. Haha surpassed off to me previously We did each and each element people who've been going out did: Make out hugg talk on tha telephone for hours approximately how we adore one yet yet another, yet he below no circumstances asked me out, mind-blowing huh? I then found out that he had yet yet another woman buddy and he replaced into in uncomplicated terms attempting to get in my pantz. do no longer think of the affection stuff if he starts off jabbering approximately that the two.

I think it would be a good idea with the way she asked it seems obvious that she wants to be your girl. Tell her about 2 minutes before the ball drops that wya it won't be too long of a wait for you too!! Good Luck!! I hope she says yes!!

I think that is sweet. If that is how you wish it to be, I think that is perfect to be as a planned date to ask to be boyfriend - girlfriend. Awwww. I think she would like it to be a sweet surprise like that. Your plans to ask just before are perfect, or better yet, just do it, don't ask a few minutes before, ask right at the time of the ball going down.

I think that at first she was leary of it and it was good that you held off. But now, since she asked you what you want her to say the next time someone asks her that, that was your cue to ask her. She was kinda hinting to you right there! I know because I used to be the same way. Anyway, let us know what happens!

Why are you trying to label the relationship? Does it need a label in order to enjoy it? Would the label make her uncomfortable?

Just enjoy the kiss...

I think it sounds very romantic. Kind of like a Harry and Sally thing. I hope you do it and I hope it gets a great response!

Ask her :) I've never really done the whole dating thing, never understood it. You like her, she likes you - so ask her to be your GF! She probably was talking about sex in the first place!
