My Uncle just got re-married, and he got married to this nice lady, and she has two kids. Would they be concidered as step-[ ]?

techinically yes

But most people leave the word step out unless speaking about the parent or inlaw. So All couisins, nieces, nephews and grandchildrren are simple what they are. you don't love them less bacuase they are by marriage so they are plain and simply cousins.... If they divorce and you still fellowship with the exstended cousins or if you have previous cousins before his new wife I still think there all just cousins.

My mother in laws husband wich woyld be the step father in law is simply grandpa to my children even though technically he is heir father's stepfather..........

Families can be made in the heart. You can call them cousin if you want to. (In Venezuela, it is common to call everyone by a family relationship regardless of blood lines or lack thereof)

Yes. Extended family...if you become close with the Uncles new family, you don't have to refer to them as anything but family...

I think so because if you can have step parents and step sibblings, you can have step aunts, uncles, and cousins
