Your body build is a combination of both your parents genes and sometimes there is a kickback to a former relative such as in our family. Every now and then, one grows to 6' 6". The Suttons usually continue to grow past 20. I grew 1 1/2" after high school and stopped at 21. Uncle Leo grew 3" more after 23. Todd, my son is 24 and has his grandfather's build....very thin (6'1" and 145 lbs), but his own father was was never like that even as a teen.
Many years ago, I read about a young man who would not stop growing due to an overactive pituitary gland. He was given hormone shots to stop his growth. I googled and found these sites if you want to learn about studies on hormone growth and stimulation:

You may grow taller, but I seriously doubt there is anything you can do to help the process along. You may just have a growth spurt. While it is true that orientals (who are normally short in their native countries) often have children who grow tall here in the U.S. because of the food differences, the actual father doesn't grow. I don't think food, supplements, or exercises will do any good.

There's nothing more you can do to grow taller except to eat healthy and avoid excesses. I had my growth by the time I was 15. However, I had an uncle who grew two more inches after he was 18. Good luck!

How much you have left to grow really depends on when you got your period. Most girls grow only one to two inches more after they have their first period. I am 17 and I am still growing alot, but I haven't got my period yet and I hit my growth spurt at a really late age.

If you are a guy, you can still get extra height up til your early 20s. Girls usually max out in mid-teens.
