Welll, here's the main IE7 site:

We also have IE7. We just played around with all the buttons, tabs and arrows until we figured it out. You can get your menu back (File, Edit...) by clicking on Tools, then click on Menu Bar. Also, the Favorites are accessed through the yellow star to the far left. We like it better than IE6 because once you get used to the tabs, they are very convenient.
