how to get white teeth at home without products?
brushing makes my teeth shiny but not white. i am 15
i am not allowed to buy whitening kits and stuff. any tips?

Keep brushing your teeth 2-3 times a day.
Baking soda and peroxide helps whiten teeth. Do that 1-4 times daily.
Also get whitening toothpaste and this is dangerous but helps after you finish brushing your teeth get whitening toothpaste re-brush(this time for whitening) rebrush once and rinse then rebrush again this time dont rinse yet, tilt your head back slightly and stay in that position for 30 seconds-3 minutes then rinse, then re-brush lightly.

Get a whitening toothpaste form a natural health store. All ingredients are herbal extract and pretty safe.
