I was layed up with a cast and from the seditary lifestyle and decreased mobility my back started hurting. Once I started PT for my leg. I told my therapist about my back pain. He had me use a dense foam cylinder. I was about 8" in diameter and 4 feet long. I am sorry I dont know the name or even where to find one on the net. I got one from my phsical therapist. I would place the cylinder under my back and use my legs to roll my back on the cylinder horizontal and verticle. It really helped.

Have you discussed with your Dr. about possible physical therapy?
