If the pill you are trying to identify has "Watson" and "357" on it, and it is a round white tablet, then it is Methydopa/Hydrochlorothiazide 250/15, a generic version of Aldoril-15, which is used for hypertension (high blood pressure). If this does not describe the pill, please add more information as to pill shape/color and any other markings on it.

357? I've never heard of a medication by that name. Is it a pill? An Injection? Without those details its hard to say.
