My fiance and I are teachers and we are looking for a cake for our wedding. Any Suggestions? pictures?

While I have no ideas as to the cake, it might be fun to have a cake knife and "pie server" that have rulers as the handle. I'm sure someplace could be found that could successfully attach a wooden ruler in place of a wooden handle.

I would have a book shaped cake and then have your names, date, love, ect...written on the pages!
ps. I would have bookmarks at each place setting, maybe some homemade ones with your names and a "Thanks For Joining Us" written on them and you could use the color's in your wedding as the ribbons!

that's great that you are both teachers and you should be proud. however, teaching is your job. your wedding is your wedding. anyone who is there will already know that you are both teachers and a "teacher" wedding cake is going to be major overkill. i would suggest maybe having the "groom's cake" or the extra cakes be an apple theme. but please, leave your jobs out of your wedding.

I once had a cake shaped like an apple. It would be easy to do that, or create a big square blackboard.
