Sometimes people dont get it, I totally understand your dilema, YES you need condoms and YES you also need to talk to her before you even get in bed together. its not a matter of choice its about SAFETY for the both of you and normally speaking, she shouldnt question you for that but in case she does, just ask her if she wants to live longer and if she insists, tell her that she needs to do some research about it and meanwhile you two just wont do it. protect yourself and her.

You walk up to her and say, "I need to tell you something."
You let her nod that she's paying attention...
You say, "I need to wear a condom the next time we have sex."
If she asks why, you'd better come clean...
