I would say B. Parakeets are small and cute. They can also talk and are easy to take care of. I can say from experience that parakeets don't bite like parrots or other birds do. But you should know that even though parakeets are the funnest and easiest birds to have, no matter what bird you get you must:
Change the food and water every day
Clean their cage every month.
Give them a bath every month(at least.)
(note: if your parakeet is wet, keep it away from anything cold, because all birds can catch colds very easily.)
