well depending on how old you are you might have to take the driving class..if you are 18 and older all you have to do is go to your local dmv take the written and the behind the wheel...but make sure you study the written because that test is some what hard...

If it is a driver 's license you want, go to the Motor Vehicle Driver's License page and see what they require for a driver's license in your state.

California has the most restictive policies its seems though.
