If Jesus knew Judas was going to turn on him, didn't he just use Judas? And to make it worse, if he knew Judas was going to snitch on him, wouldn't he also know that Judas would later kill himself? Does this make Jesus a murderer due to negligence? Jesus obviously wanted to be caught, and crucified, if not, he probably could have stopped it with all the magic powers and all, so doesn't this make Judas a pawn in Jesus' game?

Sure, Judas was a pawn in the game. But Judas didn't betray Jesus because he wanted him to be crucified. He did it because he thought that by doing so he could push Jesus into acting like the messiah that the Jews had been waiting for -- by overthrowing the Roman authority and creating a new covenant between God and his people.

Judas thought he could bring about the conflict that would allow Jesus to take his place as messiah. Jesus did this in a way that Judas didn't understand, by submitting to crucifixion to show that he (and all of us) were beyond the power of any earthly authority, and that what really mattered was that which is eternal.

Judas wound up feeling bad about this and killing himself, but that was his choice. Indeed, Jesus tried to make Judas realize that it was all part of the plan, in John 13:21-30, especially "What you are going to do, do quickly."

If Judas did no longer do this, then Jesus does no longer have been crucified, and could have died an previous guy somewhat of 'on the go on your sins' Christianity and Jesus mandatory Judas to betray him. So why did Jesus, already understanding those issues, warn Judas? It is mindless, yet having reported that, little from the bible certainly does

No, Judas used Jesus to get money. That was His nature. He had the free will. He fulfilled the Bible prophecy. Judas really had the choice, and God knew what he was going to do with his choice.

Jesus could have stopped it, but He respects our choices. Judas did not have to kill himself, he could have been forgiven but again he made a wrong choice.

I believe that Judas turned Jesus in at Jesus's wishes and the part about the silver and suicide was added later in order to vilify Judas.

If you have ever read the story, actually it was the other way around - Judas used Jesus. Bad mistake!

Ok I asked my pastor this one time and he had a good answer.
as for judas, you are correct in that he was doing what he was put on earth to do, but the Scriptures also tell us Satan was working in him. there are a number of people in the scriptures that did terrible things but God ultimately had that planned for them. is judas in heaven now? acts 1 tells us he has gone to the place he deserved to go, which, after betraying jesus and as a tool of satan, he killed himself -- and jesus said it would have been better for judas if he had never been born.
so to answer your question, was he a 'bad' person? i'm not sure -- by the disciples admission he was someone who just wanted money -- so i don't know. but one thing i know for sure, God uses bad people to accomplish His will. He uses Satan to accomplish His will as well.
