Of course failure can help you. If you don't get it right the first time, you'll learn from what you did wrong and then do it right the next time.

Of course failure can help you. I don't know of any invention that worked the first time through. Everything in life is trial and error. If you fail, you rethink your steps until you get it right. Life is a learning process. No one gets through it without a certain amount of failure. You just need to figure out what you did wrong the first time, or second...and not repeat that step.

Failure can be beneficial. If you never learn how to handle failure then you have never really learned how to challenge yourself.

But failing because you are lazy or not making the right priorities is another problem. This does not lead to success. In such cases, a parent needs to step in and put the child back on track.

YES, not succeeding at something can be a positive as long as you reflect on the steps you took or didn't take and attempt to learn from the experience.

Also it is paramount to understand that 'failure' may not have a thing to do with you but rather the 'odds'...such as not securing a job offer [when there are hundreds of applicants]

You are right - failure can be beneficial IF you learn how and why you failed in the first place. We all fail and succeed our entire lives! My Dad used to tell me:

When you've learned enough to really live
You'll be old enough to die.

Don't get discouraged - you are a work in progress!

God bless and Happy New Year!!!

One cannot fail without making an attempt.
One can be mediocre and fail because an attempt was never made. Unfortunately, a lot of mediocrity is rewarded just the same.

well it can help you learn from your mistakes and what you did wrong i guess

ex. failing a test can help you understand that you should have studied harder instead of playing around

so failure can help us sometime

everybody failed once in their life before

Of course. How can a person learn if they don't fail sometime or another.

Failure is just a chance to be better the next time.

Making mistakes is the only way to learn. Failure is inevitable, so it teaches us not to be too hard on ourselves.
